Verona is a New York City base Soaring Entrepreneur and Holistic Coach! She states my reputation is earned as a self proclaimed holistic coach by helping young women and men between the ages 18-35 to find their purpose and break free of the inertia mind-set. To accelerate into the future they can vaguely imagine into reality to live a purposeful and holistic life. She is from the beautiful Island of Jamaica where the sunny and sometimes rainy Majestic mountains, beautiful beaches and our ancient and lofty waterfalls are deemed as our most prestigious scenes. 

After landing here in the Big Apple of NYC, she knew she wanted what every woman wants, to rise above the status quo while living the American dream!

One of Verona's favorite quotes is that no man is an Island and no man stands alone. “In this famous passage from A Return to Love: Reflections on the Principles of ‘A Course in Miracles,’ Marianne Williamson beautifully evokes the nearly limitless potential every human being holds: ‘Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, ‘Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?’ Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.”

So It's Her passion to share her love and purpose with the world around her. Her early career began right here in NY in the Health Care Field as an Home Health Aide | Certified Nurses Aide and Phlebotomist. 

After a decade in the Healthcare sector her own health started deteriorating; which took quite a toll on her, and landed her in the psychiatric care unit of the hospital several times. 

Verona deems herself to be a fundamentalistic person that is both a realist and an optimist; she exclaimed these traits or of nature or nurture she conveys. Verona exclaims  I know not to give up in the face of despair and adversity; So she continues to fight for her mental health sanity while continuing to keep on keeping on in Faith. Regardless of her past and current circumstances; She exclaimed THIS is what propelled me to keep fighting for others as well as myself; and that her health issues catapulted her to start living her true fundamental purposes.
